Professional Extreme Sports & Automotive Photography & Media
How it started
Having finished my degree in cyber security and whilst working as a gardener with family, on a whim I decided to take an old point and shoot camera to a wakeboarding event. From that event onwards the camera never really got put away.
When I started university I became heavily involved with snowsports and really anything I could get the chance to try I've thrown myself at over the years. Snowboarding, wakeboarding, mountain biking and climbing are the ones that seem to have stuck around and were the obvious choice for honing my skills as a photographer.
The automotive side was mostly the odd bit of experimenting but through a bit of luck I ended up shooting for a car dealership full time and have recently branched out to cover some rally content. I've often heard that most people who were heavily into video games either went into cameras or cars... I guess I went for both!
Video was the next logical progression and if I had a pound for every time I've heard "can you get a video for me" i'd probably be pretty well off by now.
At this point I've got all the equipment needed to cover just about anything you can imagine with my main "photography" camera and a dedicated video setup, a couple of gopros and even an FPV drone which opened up even more options for capturing content that you can't normally get with a camera.
